Document and Records Management Advisor
Part time, fixed term | Wellington
As part of the continuous improvement of our systems and technology, the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (the Board) has a great opportunity for a Document and Records Management Advisor to join our small but mighty team on a part-time fixed term basis (2-3 days per week for 12 months).
As the Document and Records Management Advisor you’ll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the Board's systems for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the Board’s information assets and documents, from creation and capture to retrieval, archival and disposal with a primary focus on Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. This role is critical for ensuring that all the Board’s documents support kaimahi and are managed effectively, securely, and in full compliance with legal, regulatory, privacy and internal operational and policy requirements.
