This form can be used to make a protected disclosure of serious wrongdoing by a person who did or does sanitary plumbing, gasfitting or drainlaying to the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board in accordance with the Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022.
