Jason O'Connor and Ian Olan appointed to the Board

On 16 September 2024, we welcomed Jason O’Connor and Ian Olan as the newest members of our Board.

Jason is a certifying plumber and gasfitter with nearly 20 years of industry experience. He is the managing director of Gas 2.0 Limited and resides in Auckland.

Ian joins as a lay member with over 25 years of financial expertise, both within New Zealand and internationally. He also brings more than a decade of governance experience in the not-for-profit sector, having served as Chair of Boards or Audit and Risk Committees. Ian also resides in Auckland.

Farewell to Barry Willcox and Deborah Cranko

On 13 September 2024, Barry Willcox and Deborah Cranko concluded their terms on the Board.

Barry, a certifying plumber and gasfitter from Christchurch, has served on the Board for nine years since his appointment in September 2015. He managed his own business and held the roles of Deputy Chair in 2022 and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Deborah, a practising registered architect based in Wellington, also joined the Board in September 2015, serving nine years as a lay member.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Barry and Deborah for their invaluable contributions to the Board.
