The Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayer’s Board runs an independent, fair process for dealing with complaints about the conduct of plumbers, gasfitters, and drainlayers. This process applies to the following people:

and drainlayers is set out in Part 3, Subpart 1 of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006.
Before making a complaint -remember to check what type of complaints the Board can receive here
If you have a concern that someone has unlawfully carried out sanitary plumbing, gasfitting o r drainlaying, the Board may be able to consider such concerns but does not deal with them under the process set out in the complaints section.
