Strategic publications

Accountability Agreement (1 October 2010 - 31 March 2012)

The Board’s Accountability Agreement is between the Minister for Building and Construction and the Board. The Agreement establishes the Minister's expectations of performance of the Board. The Agreement enables the Minister to monitor the Board and hold the Board accountable for its performance.

 
 
 

Strategic Plan (1 April 2012 - 31 March 2015)

The Board’s new Strategic Plan sets out the significant challenges facing the Board and how it plans to address them over the coming three years. The Board is entering a period of strategic rebuilding of its direction and is moving to strengthen the capacity, capability and credibility of the organisation.

 
 
 

Business Plan (1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013)

The Board's new Business Plan outlines the program of work the Board will delivery from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013. It links directly with the strategic plan and is consistent with the direction of that plan.

The Board is encouraging all those working within the industry to help get the message out there that consumers should only hire authorised tradespeople.

A range of marketing materials are available for download below. Print and display a poster, include an advert in your newsletter or offer a leaflet to your customers...

Your authorisation card provides consumers with confidence that you are a competent, registered tradesperson authorised by the Board to undertake the work. Show your card to your customers and help spread the word that only authorised tradespeople can undertake plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying.
